At Matlack Tree Farm we are committed to providing our customers with the best tree-buying experience possible. To ensure personalized service and a smooth visit, we kindly ask
Retail Customers that are interested on the purchase of trees
to follow these guidelines when scheduling an appointment:
Come Prepared: Before booking your appointment, please take a moment to review our Tree List. We recommend selecting at least 2-3 types of trees you are interested in viewing to make the most of your time with us.
Appointments Required: Only visitors that need assistance with a tree purchase are required to fill the form. This helps us ensure that we have ample time to assist you and maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone. To book your appointment, please fill out our Appointment Form below or call our office at (352)973-3036.
Confirmation: Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email or text with the details of your visit, including the time, location, and any important information related to your appointment.
Rescheduling and Cancellations: If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel. This helps us accommodate other customers.

A 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions.
For your convenience, customers may avoid this extra fee by paying with cash or check.
